A flash of inspiration hits, and you give yourself a congratulatory affirmation ticket to redeem later.

You check the bread, check the timer, surreptitiously check the competition. Go time.

Flipping the knife into a backhanded grip, you toss the cooked dough into the air and give a yell as you arc the blade. You can feel all eyes turning to watch you.

The bread concertinas against the edge and flops onto the grass, tumbling a few times before disappearing under a competitor's table. You grimace and turn back to the bowl. One hand grips the base, the other slides the knife under the rim. Another short shout, and you flip the bowl over. The knife completely fails to hold the ingredients in, and they join the bread on the ground.

You try to stop your eye twitching and spin to face the judges. Smiling brightly, you present the empty, greasy bowl and say:
